It is said that those who suffer are closer to Christ. In Fr. Stan Fortuna's music video, Everybody Got 2 Suffer (originally called "Everybody Got To Suffer"), human suffering is depicted onscreen by both the rich and the poor.

The music video itself is roughly five and a half minutes (5:34) long, spanning over the urban landscape of New York, cemeteries, parks, the Ghetto, a rich man's mansion, and others. Fr. Stan uses the socially-odious medium of a rap (hip-hop music, a genre most closely associated with inner-city youth, especially minorities) to communicate against the message that "suffering is essentially bad." According to the music video, no one can escape suffering, because the world is full of sin and it constantly tests our faith.

Note that there is more to this DVD than simply the five minute music video. In fact, there is over an hour of Fr. Stan's teachings, as he spells out ("breakin' it down") Pope John Paul II's Apostolic Letter on the Christian meaning of human suffering in ten explosively religious segments. Fr. Stan encourages people to read the Apologetic Letter for themselves, even to a point where he announces the exact Internet location and price, but he also takes special care to explain the Letter's meanings personally, using a particularly urban vernacular and argot. He voices the teaching in a dialect that is easy for some youth and urban dwellers to understand.
